rob mclennan Shortlisted for CAO Mid-Career Artist Award

The Council of the Arts for Ottawa announced on Wednesday evening the shortlists for its annual awards (the Victor Tolgesy award, the Business Recognition award, the Emerging Artist award, and the Mid-Career Artist award). The full shortlists can be found in this article in the Ottawa Citizen.
Nominees for the $5,000 Mid-Career Artist Award include musician Rolf Klausener, theatre supporter Pier Rodier, and poet rob mclennan. Five of mclennan’s twenty poetry books have been published by Talonbooks.
The winners will be announced April 22 at Arts Court in Ottawa, Ontario. We wish our poet all the best luck!
