Meet Bev Sellars, chief of the Xat’sull (Soda Creek) First Nation and author of They Called Me Number One. This memoir was a BC bestseller for 44 weeks in a row; it recently won 3rd Prize in the 2014 Burt Awards for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Literature; it was last year shortlisted for the 2014 Hubert Evans Non-Fiction Prize (B.C.
