Louise Desjardins and Sheila Fischman Read From So Long

So Long (Cormorant Books) by Louise Desjardins, is touted by The Toronto Star as “an exquisite book originally written in 2005 but translated this year by the celebrated Sheila Fischman, famous for rendering Michel Tremblay’s plays from joual to English vernacular.”

Recently, at the Eden Mills Writer’s Festival, Louise Desjardins and Sheila Fischman read from So Long in French and English.
