ALA 2013: Talonbooks Was Here

Talonbooks is delighted to have been present at the American Library Association’s annual conference and exhibition, held this year in Chicago, Illinois, from June 27 to July 2.

Talon representatives Kevin and Vicki Williams report that they gave away stacks of B.C. bestseller They Called Me Number One by Bev Sellars, and Dina Del Bucchia’s Coping with Emotions and Otters was popular as well. There was also much ado about Wigrum by Daniel Canty (coming Fall 2013), which has been hailed by one reviewer as “a new novel genre: an inventory!”

We seem to recall that it was a great weekend … but it’s all a bit of a blur … (ba-dum tsh!)
