Hans Böggild

Hans Böggild is a Canadian playwright, director, dramaturg, and producer with a career spanning over four decades. As Artistic Producer of Eastern Front Theatre from 2002 to 2006, he produced more than fifty productions, including national theatre festivals, and played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's profile and financial health. His diverse contributions to Canadian theatre also include teaching playwriting at Dalhousie University and participating as an "Artist at Sea" during the Canadian High Arctic Seismic Expedition, where he documented scientific research for public audiences .
